What Is Baby Haven?
Baby Haven is a private elective ultrasound studio currently located inside Aculas Health in Overland Park, KS. Doors opened on July 31st, 2023 and we’ve been creating memories ever since. Provider referrals are not required at this time because Baby Haven does not utilize the ultrasound machine for medical diagnosis or monitoring just yet. However, that is something Sydnee plans to incorporate very soon!
Baby Haven offers several different services for every trimester starting as early as 6 weeks with SneakPeek Clinical. The appointments to see baby do not have to be few and far between, and you don’t have to wait until 20 weeks to find out gender. Baby Haven gives new parents the chance to bond with their babies, witness their developing personalities, and document their features to share with loved ones before the big arrival as many times as they want!

I’m Thrilled you’re here!
I’m Sydnee! No more rolling the dice on what ultrasound tech you’re getting. I’m the one seeing every family that walks through the doors! I started this journey because I have a passion for medical imaging and believe parents deserve to have options when it comes to their long awaited appointments.
I play all the roles at Baby Haven from phone calls to studio DJ and hype girl! I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and Mary Lanning School of Radiologic Technology in 2016. I knew I wasn’t done, so I went on to earn my third degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2017. After working in rural Nebraska for two years, I packed my car & spent the next five traveling the country with my mini Australian shepherd, Eddie!
Sleepless nights in large hospitals and long days providing general, vascular and high risk fetal imaging for patients in need led to the desire to slow things down. I decided to settle down in Overland Park, KS in 2022 and fell in love with the area. The dream of opening a cute studio in the heart of Johnson County grew as time went on, and before you know it Baby Haven’s doors opened July 31st, 2023!
In my spare moments, I enjoy spending quality time with Dr. Clark (owner of Aculas Health) and our three dogs, fishing, practicing archery, driving my sports car, painting, and weightlifting. As you can tell, I love trying new hobbies. Keep your eye out and you’ll catch some of my artwork walking through the office!
I’m elated to spend the rest of my career providing nothing but smiles and top tier experiences for expectant mothers in a cozy studio that I’ve poured my heart into. You’re guaranteed to enjoy the relaxing and joyful environment when you book with Baby Haven.

Our goal is simple: to create a luxurious & relaxing space for expectant mothers to escape their anxious feelings and watch their babies grow. The best part is, there is no limit to the number of elective (fun) ultrasounds when booking with us!
